Paying tribute to Singapore’s reputation as a foodie paradise, Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has curated the Singapore Food Trail experience.

 

With panoramic floor to ceiling windows overlooking the bay, guests can unwind in a Marina Bay Suite and enjoy the traditional Peranakan delicacy of Nonya Kueh served in a ‘tingkat’ carrier. Accompanied by Executive Sous Chef, Eric Tan, guests will be taken on a gastronomic journey during their stay, to Tiong Bahru Market and Food Centre to savour hawker fare and other heritage foods.

 

At the hotel, guests will gain further culinary insights during a hands-on experience learning to create Rojak, the traditional vegetable and fruit salad dish from the region.

The Singapore Food Trail package is priced from SGD 1,980 per night and includes:

Ya Ge Chinese restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Taipei awarded one Michelin Star status by the inaugural Michelin guide Taipei 2018

 

 

Mandarin Oriental, Taipei’s Ya Ge restaurant has been awarded one Michelin-star status. The gourmet Chinese restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide Taipei 2018, the first-ever Michelin restaurant guide published in Taiwan. Following recognition of Ya Ge’s culinary excellence, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group now holds a total of 22 Michelin stars for 15 of its restaurants, more than any other hotel brand in the world.

Mandarin Oriental, Geneva launches “Taste our Geneva” room package for cheese and chocolate lovers

 

 

Mandarin Oriental, Geneva has unveiled an accommodation package for lovers of Swiss cheese and chocolate. Guests booking Taste our Geneva will enjoy the finest local artisan cheeses or chocolates and receive an insider’s guide to the city. Fans of sweet delights can choose to discover the art of chocolate tasting from an expert chocolatier and receive an added bonus, the opportunity to sample delicious Grands Crus. Equally enticing, wine and cheese aficionados will be introduced to local wines paired with aromatic Swiss cheeses.

The Taste our Geneva package is available from CHF 589 per night, and includes:

  • Luxurious accommodation in a Deluxe Room
  • Breakfast for two at Café Calla
  • A private one-hour chocolate tasting for two or private one-hour wine and cheese tasting session for two
