اكسيونا تحتفل بمليون ساعة عمل من دون إصابات في مشروع إنشاء ثلاث محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي في السعودية.
تمكنت اكسيونا وشركاؤها المحليين ، توزيع و تماسك، من تحقيق مليون ساعة عمل بدون إصابات تؤدي إلى فقدان الوقت (LTI) في ثلاث محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي – مدينة-3، وبريدة-2، وتبوك-2 – التي يتم بناؤها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
يعكس هذا الإنجاز التزام الشركات بالسلامة والتركيز المشترك بين اكسيونا وشركائها على منع المخاطر وتنفيذ التدابير الصحية والسلامة (HSE) بشكل صحيح بين جميع عمال المشروع.
تطبق شركة اكسيونا، بالتعاون الوثيق مع الشركة السعودية لشركات المياه وشركائها، معايير صحية وسلامة عالية جدًا منذ بداية الأعمال. وهذا الإنجاز الحالي هو نتيجة الجهد الكبير من قبل جميع الأطراف المعنية.
يُظهر السجل الخالي من (LTI) العمل الجماعي الشامل لجميع الأطراف المشاركة: الشركة السعودية لشركات المياه، اكسيونا، توزيع، تماسك، بالإضافة إلى المقاولين الفرعيين الذين، منذ بداية المشروع، جعلو من الأمان اولوية.
أكد لويس إستاسيو سييرا، مدير المشروع، هدف الشركة في انهاء المشروع بمعدل (LTI) صفر والامتثال لجميع متطلبات العقد.
ثلاث محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي
أصبحت عقود هذه الثلاث محطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي الأولى من نوعها من نوع BOOT/EPC (بناء واستملاك وتشغيل ونقل/هندسة وتوريد وبناء) التي وقعتها اكسيونا في مجال معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي في الشرق الأوسط.
ستكون اكسيونا مسؤولة عن تطوير وتصميم وتمويل وإنشاء وتشغيل وصيانة المرافق لمدة 25 عامًا.
عند الانتهاء، ستعالج محطات مدينة-3 (200,000 م3/يوم، قابلة للتوسيع إلى 375,000 م3/يوم)، وبريدة-2 (150,000 م3/يوم)، وتبوك-2 (90,000 م3/يوم) مياه الصرف الصحي الحضرية لأكثر من مليوني نسمة.
ستقوم الشركة أيضًا بتنفيذ 23 كيلومترًا من شبكات جمع مياه الصرف المعاد تدويرها للاستخدام في الري، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء ثلاثة خزانات تخزين والمحطات الضخ المناسبة.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تحقق فيها شركة أكسيونا إنجازاً مالياً ناجحاً بقيمة 480 مليون دولار عبر قرض أخضر في مجال المياه، مما يسلط الضوء على التفاني الشركة في دعم الاستدامة وتطوير الابتكار

ACCIONA CELEBRATES ONE MILLION MAN-HOURS WITHOUT INJURIES ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS IN SAUDI ARABIA
CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION
Commissioned by SWPC, ACCIONA will be responsible for the development, design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the facilities for 25 years.
MORE THAN TWO MILLION INHABITANTS
Once completed, the three wastewater treatment plants will serve a total of more than two million inhabitants.
RIYADH, OCTOBER 17, 2023. ACCIONA and its respective local partners, Tawzea and Tamasuk, have achieved one million man-hours without Lost-Time Injuries (LTI) at the three wastewater treatment plants – Madinah-3, Buraydah-2 and Tabuk-2 – that they are building in Saudi Arabia.
This achievement reflects the companies’ commitment to safety and the shared focus between ACCIONA and its partners on risk prevention and the correct implementation of Health and Safety (HSE) measures among all project workers.
ACCIONA, in close collaboration with SWPC and its partners, has applied very high health and safety standards since the beginning of the works and the present achievement is the result of this great effort by all parties.
The record of zero LTI demonstrates the comprehensive teamwork of all parties involved: SWPC, ACCIONA, Tawzea, Tamasuk, as well as the subcontractors, who, from the beginning of the project, have prioritized safety in parallel to the execution of the works.
Luis Estacio Sierra, project manager, underlined the company’s objective of completing the project with a zero LTI index and meeting all the requirements of the contract.
THREE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS
The contracts for these three WWTPs have become the first BOOT/EPC (build, own, operate and transfer/engineering, procurement and construction) contracts that ACCIONA has signed in the field of wastewater treatment in the Middle East.
ACCIONA will be responsible for the development, design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the facilities for 25 years.
Once completed, the Madinah-3 (200,000 m3/day, expandable to 375,000 m3/day), Buraydah-2 (150,000 m3/day) and Tabuk-2 (90,000 m3/day) WWTPs will treat the urban wastewater of more than two million inhabitants.
The company will also execute 23 kilometers of recycled water collectors for irrigation, three storage reservoirs and the respective pumping stations.
In addition, this is the first time that ACCIONA’s Water business has achieved the financial closing of a green loan worth 480 million dollars. This highlights the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
